Shipping Information

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped within 2-5 business days from the UK.
Shipping Methods:

• UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail.
• International Orders: Shipped via Parcelforce.

Please note: Customers outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or other customs-related requirements. These charges can be significant, so we strongly advise confirming the details before placing your order. Courtside is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or compliance issues, and we cannot offer refunds for parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Returns Policy

Final Sale: All sales are final unless a mistake has been made on our part.
Return Conditions:
Item(s) must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Refunds: 
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.



Exceptions

Exchanges: Due to limited stock, we do not offer exchanges.
Refund Adjustments: Refunds may be reduced if the value of the returned items is affected by handling or other factors.
